An In-House Training option is offered by Tony Byrne to all private or franchise recruitment companies worldwide. Tony's training was recently defined as, "Knowledge on Fire!", by a veteran Interim Personnel consultant who has achieved stellar results with Tony's training since the inception of her career 15 years ago.

Tony's in-house training program can focus on any one or number of areas of specific interest to his training client. Any number of variables are brought into play, including the number of consultants, their areas of specialization, a staff's experience level, a temp/perm specialization or mix, growth and market targets. The training can be further broken out into groups, distinguished by experience and speciality, or Tony can work with individual consultants at their desks, refining their phone technique and their critically important daily work methodologies.
